At Galiano Island, we have excellent Salmon and Cod fishing. You can also gather shell fish in the channel and Porlier Pass.

Scuba diving is a favorite local sport and these waters are teaming with rich marine life.

The beach across from the cabin is a marine protected area.

You can hike along miles of forest trails like Bodega Ridge or beach comb the many beaches the island has along with there rocky shores.

There are delightful sandy beaches where you can picnic and safely swim.

At the south end of the island is Galiano Gulf Course and Country Club. It is beautiful nine hole course. The club house has the usual amenities. Green fees are nominal and all visitors are welcome.
